  9. News: Because the development of anything worth releasing beyond 141 has
  10.         taken so long, I decided to go ahead and release this version,
  11.         which is basically collected bugfixes and a few minor improvements.
  12.         Later versions are still in flux, but *will* happen eventually.

  15. Filter v1.0: First public release.
  16.          v1.0a: Fixed a bug in the .guide file
  17.          v1.1: Added a quick and dirty DELAY option.  Not released.
  18.          v1.2: Not released.
  19.          v1.3: Public release:
  20.                  * Improved speed significantly
  21.                  * Added delete, forward, command capability
  22.                  * Added proper command-line options, including DELAY
  23.                  * Added Workbench startup code (inc. tooltype options)
  24.                  * Increased code size slightly ;)
  25.                  * Added installer script
  26.          v1.4: Public Release (primarily bugfixes)
  27.                  * Fixed enforcer hit
  28.                  * Now it -really- searches on the Subject: header
  29.                  * GUI config editor, courtesy of "TTT"
  30.          v1.41:Public Bugfix Release
  31.                  * Got an 060, nailed remaining enforcer hits
  32.          v1.5: Incremental Release (collected bugfixes, very minor features)
  33.                  * Fixed several possible enforcer hits
